Your details and documents are reviewed, and each service is verified separately. After verification 2,000 TL welcome balance is added to your account.
Quote and win the job
Write your price and a note on the request. If the customer chooses you, they hire you; you do the job and get paid directly.
The quote fee depends on the service; you see it and confirm before sending a quote. Senin Ekip takes no commission from your jobs.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a company? Is a tax certificate required?
You do not need to set up a company, but you must have a tax certificate (vergi levhası): you can apply as a sole proprietorship registered under your own name with the tax office, or as a company. Applications without a tax certificate are not accepted. Customers see your trade name and invoicing details; you handle your own taxes and social security and give customers an invoice or receipt as required by law.
How do I find customers?
Customers post requests for free in the app; you see the requests in the provinces, districts and services you choose and send a quote with your price. If the customer picks you, contact details open and you agree on the job. No jobs are guaranteed: winning work depends on your quote, your profile and demand in your area.
What is the 2,000 TL welcome balance?
A new verified pro receives 2,000 TL as a gift balance. Credited once when your account is verified. It can only be used for quote fees; it cannot be cashed out, refunded or transferred. The campaign amount and terms may change; the current version is on this page.
Does it cost anything? How much is a quote?
Pros pay from their balance when they send a quote, not the customer. The fee depends on the service (see the table on this page for the range per group); you see and confirm it before sending. Updating a quote is free.
Are quote fees refunded?
If the customer cancels without hiring anyone, the job date passes with nobody chosen, or the request turns out to be fake, your quote fee is returned to your balance. There is no refund once you were chosen and the customer backs out, when another pro is chosen, or if you withdraw your quote.
How do I get paid? Is there a commission?
You receive the price you agreed directly from the customer; Senin Ekip never handles the customer’s money and takes no commission from your job. The only fee is the quote fee taken from your balance when you send a quote.
How do I top up my balance?
You can top up your balance by card in the Balance section of your account. Unused purchased balance is refunded in the cases set out in the service provider agreement.
Who can become a pro?
Moving companies, tradespeople, cleaning crews, repair services, photographers, tutors and event companies can apply as sole proprietors or companies with a tax certificate. The application asks for the tax certificate, ID / tax details and the documents each service requires; every service is verified separately. Licensed professions such as health, legal and accounting are not on the platform.
How long does verification take?
Your application and documents are reviewed in order by our team; each service is verified separately. Once verified you can start sending quotes for those services. Review time depends on how many applications we have.
Which areas can I work in?
When you apply, you choose the provinces and districts you serve; you only see requests from those areas. You can add or remove areas at any time.
Can I add my team?
Yes. You can add your employees to your company account and manage requests and jobs together.
