Frequently asked questions

How much do drawing lessons cost?

The price depends on the teacher's experience, technique, lesson length, materials and city. Exact prices appear in the quotes.

How do I choose an art teacher?

Ask about experience in your chosen technique, their students' work and teaching method. You can request a trial lesson and compare profiles and reviews.

I have no talent, can I still take drawing lessons?

Yes. Drawing is a learnable skill and lessons are planned around your level. The teacher will assess you in the first lesson and suggest suitable exercises.

Who buys the materials for art lessons?

It varies by teacher. Some include materials in the fee, others give you a list. You can clarify this in the quotes.

How do I get quotes for drawing lessons on Senin Ekip?

Opening a request is free. Write the student's age and goal, and local teachers send quotes. Compare them and agree with the one you prefer.

Does Senin Ekip cost anything?

Posting a request and getting quotes is free for customers.

Who do I pay?

You pay the pro you hire directly. Senin Ekip is an intermediary platform that connects customers and service providers; the service itself is provided by the service provider, and Senin Ekip does not collect or hold your payment.

Are pros checked?

Service providers' ID / tax details and the documents required for each service are reviewed; they cannot send quotes until they are verified. Reviews come only from customers whose job was completed.

How many quotes will I get?

It depends on how many pros work in your area. To keep comparing easy, each request gets at most 10 quotes.

Can I use Senin Ekip if I don't speak Turkish?

You can message pros in the app before you hire anyone and add photos to your request. Not every pro speaks English, so short, simple messages and clear photos help.
