Compare quotes
Verified pros in your area send their prices. Compare them by rating, reviews and documents.
Hire and get it done
Hire the pro you choose; phone numbers are shared only then. Pay the pro who does the job directly, and leave a review when it is done.
Checked pros
ID / tax details and the documents each service requires (mastery certificate, K certificate…) are reviewed; unverified pros cannot send quotes.
Real reviews
Only customers whose job was completed through Senin Ekip can leave a review. Pros cannot delete reviews.
Your number stays private
Your phone number and full address are not shared until you hire someone; you message pros inside the app.

When you post a request
Choose the service, answer the questions for that service (for example number of rooms, floor, appliance brand), and give the date and place. Add photos if you like; for moves you see an estimated price right away. Your full address and phone number are not shared at this stage.
When quotes arrive
Verified pros in your area send their prices and notes; each request gets at most 10 quotes. With each quote you see the pro's rating, completed jobs, reviews and verified documents. If you have questions, you can ask them in the app.
When you hire
When you tap "Hire this pro" on the quote you choose, you see the pre-contract information and confirm it; phone numbers are then shared with both sides. You pay the pro who does the job directly; remember to ask for an invoice (fatura) or receipt.
When the job is done
Rate the pro and write a review; it helps other customers. If you run into a problem, you can report it to us in the app.

Does Senin Ekip cost anything?
Posting a request and getting quotes is free for customers.
Who do I pay?
You pay the pro you hire directly. Senin Ekip is an intermediary platform that connects customers and service providers; the service itself is provided by the service provider, and Senin Ekip does not collect or hold your payment.
Are pros checked?
Service providers' ID / tax details and the documents required for each service are reviewed; they cannot send quotes until they are verified. Reviews come only from customers whose job was completed.
How many quotes will I get?
It depends on how many pros work in your area. To keep comparing easy, each request gets at most 10 quotes.
Can I use Senin Ekip if I don't speak Turkish?
You can message pros in the app before you hire anyone and add photos to your request. Not every pro speaks English, so short, simple messages and clear photos help.
