3. Information the service provider sees

The service provider you hire uses this information to provide their own service and is also responsible for this use as a data controller. Service providers are obliged to use this information only for your job, not to use it for marketing, and not to retain it once the job is finished.

4. Automated decisions

Your messages and texts before hiring are scanned automatically; texts containing a phone number, email address, web address or social media account are not sent and are recorded. These records alone do not lead to a decision about your account; decisions such as restricting an account are always made by a Senin Ekip employee and communicated to you with the reasons. Under KVKK Art. 11/1-g you may object to a result against you arising from automated analysis.

Automatic translation: So that customers and pros who speak different languages can understand each other, in-app messages, quote notes, questions and answers, request descriptions and reviews may be translated automatically into the reader's app language (Turkish, English, Russian) by translation software running on Senin Ekip's own servers. For this purpose texts are not transferred to third parties or abroad; translations are not stored permanently and the original text can always be viewed. Automatic translation may contain errors; the original text written by the parties is what counts.

Latest requests feed on the website: Senin Ekip's home page may show recently posted requests anonymously: only the type of service, province and district, home size (e.g. 3+1), the number of quotes received, whether a pro was hired and how long ago the request was posted. Your name, phone number, neighbourhood, full address, description and photos are not shown in this feed. Reviews are shown without the customer's name, like other reviews on the website.

5. Recipients to whom data is transferred

Transfer abroad: Transfers to service providers located abroad are made under KVKK Art. 9 by signing the standard contract announced by the Personal Data Protection Board (the “Board”) and notifying the Board. Countries to which data is transferred and safeguards: [LIST — to be completed according to the transfer inventory].

6. Method of collection

Your data is collected electronically through the information you enter in the application, the photos you upload, in-app messages and server logs. Job photos uploaded by the service provider may show the part of your home where the work was done; service providers are obliged not to include people or personal belongings in the frame. Location information in photos (EXIF/GPS) is deleted on upload.

7. Retention periods

Your data is retained for the periods in the Retention and Destruction Policy and is deleted, destroyed or anonymized at the end of the period. Main periods: contract, pre-contractual information and transaction records 3 years (Regulation on Distance Contracts); commercial books and invoice records 10 years (Turkish Commercial Code, Tax Procedure Law); traffic data at least 1 year (Law No. 5651); request and job photos [2 years] from the conclusion of the job.

Account deletion: You may delete your account at any time via Profile → “Delete my account”. Your identity and contact information are deleted; records subject to a statutory retention obligation are retained only for that obligation, with restricted access.

8. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred; to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; to request its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions in KVKK Art. 7; to request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

9. Application
