Terms of Use
Version: 3.2 (direct payment) · Last updated: 2026-09-29
These terms govern the use by customers of the Senin Ekip mobile application and website (the “Platform”) operated by Senin Soft - Merve YILMAZ (“Senin Ekip”). For service providers, the Service Provider Intermediation Agreement also applies. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice.
1. The role of Senin Ekip
- Senin Ekip is an intermediary service provider that brings together customers who wish to obtain moving, pro (tradesperson) and repair services with independent service providers who provide these services in their own name and for their own account.
- Senin Ekip does not collect, hold, transfer or refund the service fee. You pay the service fee directly to the service provider you hire. Customers use the Platform free of charge; Senin Ekip's revenue consists of the quote fees that service providers pay from their balance in order to send quotes, and of advertising.
- The service contract is concluded between you and the service provider you hire; the service is provided by the service provider. Senin Ekip is not the employer, representative or partner of the service provider.
- Senin Ekip reviews service providers' identity and tax information and the documents required for each category; however, it does not guarantee the quality of the service. These terms do not remove or limit the obligations imposed on Senin Ekip by law or the statutory rights of consumers.
2. Membership and account
- Membership is created with a one-time code sent to your email address (or, during a period determined by Senin Ekip, to your mobile phone). A valid mobile phone number is required to post a request.
- Persons under 18 may not become members. Requests may not be posted on behalf of another person using false information. Fake or bad-faith requests may lead to restriction of the account, as they cause harm to the service providers who send quotes.
- You may close your account at any time via Profile → “Delete my account”.
- Accounts that misuse the Platform may be restricted or closed, with the reasons communicated; you may object through our application address.
3. Requests and quotes
- You must state the location, date and details of the service accurately in your request. Missing or incorrect information may change the price.
- Before you hire, service providers see only the province, district, neighborhood and request details; your name, full address, location and phone number are not shared.
- The estimated price shown on the Platform is for information only and is not binding. The price is determined by the service provider's quote.
- Quote with an inspection fee: Some service providers, instead of a firm price without seeing the fault, state an inspection fee and an estimated repair range. You learn the repair price on site and decide whether or not to accept it. Quotes with an inspection fee are not compared on the same basis as total-price quotes.
- The number of quotes a request can receive is limited. If you do not hire anyone by the job date, your request closes automatically.
4. Hiring a service provider
- When you select a quote and tap “Hire this pro”, you notify Senin Ekip that you have agreed with that service provider on the terms of the quote. Your phone numbers are disclosed to each other, your full address and, if you shared it, your location are shown to the service provider, and the other quotes are closed.
- Before hiring, read the Pre-Contractual Information shown on screen: it sets out the service provider's identity, the price, the right of withdrawal and the complaint channels.
- Any on-site price change, and the method and timing of payment, are agreed between you and the service provider. We recommend making agreements in writing through in-app messages; these messages will be useful to you in a dispute.
- The service provider is obliged to give you an invoice or a self-employment receipt (serbest meslek makbuzu) in accordance with the legislation; please ask for it.
5. Completion of the job and reviews
- When the service provider finishes the job, they report it in the app. You may approve it or write to us by tapping “There is a problem”. If you do not give approval within 48 hours, the job is deemed completed in the Platform's records; a “There is a problem” report does not stop this period, and our team reviews your report separately. The job being deemed completed does not mean that you accept the service as free of defects and does not affect your rights under Section 6.
- You may review a completed job. Reviews may only be made for jobs agreed through the Platform and only by the customer of that job.
6. Problems, defective service and your rights
- If the service is defective, under Art. 15 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection you may request from the service provider that the service be performed again, free repair, a price reduction in proportion to the defect, or withdrawal from the contract (refund of the price). These rights are exercised against the service provider.
- If the service provider does not show up, does the job incompletely or defectively, asks for additional payment outside the app, or behaves inappropriately towards you, write to us via “Report a problem” in the job details. Senin Ekip investigates the service provider; where necessary, it restricts or closes their account and facilitates communication between the parties to find a solution.
- Since Senin Ekip does not act as an intermediary for the payment, it cannot refund the price and does not assume any payment obligation on behalf of the service provider. This does not affect Senin Ekip's own obligations arising from the law.
- In disputes you may always apply, within the monetary thresholds, to the consumer arbitration committee at your place of residence or where the transaction took place (below the monetary threshold announced each year by the Ministry of Trade; for 2026, 186,000 TL), and above the thresholds, to the consumer court. At your request, the quote, message and transaction records on the Platform will be provided to you.
7. Right of withdrawal and cancellation
- You may cancel your request free of charge at any time before hiring a service provider.
- After hiring, you may also tap “Cancel the hire” in the app; the service provider is notified immediately. For services covered by the Regulation on Distance Contracts you have a 14-day right of withdrawal; however, there is no right of withdrawal for the transport of goods (moving) to be performed on a specific date, or for services whose performance begins with your approval within the withdrawal period (Art. 15 of the Regulation). Withdrawal after the service has started and the price of work already performed are settled between you and the service provider in accordance with the law.
- Senin Ekip does not charge customers a cancellation fee.
8. Rules
- Before hiring, quote notes, request descriptions, questions, answers and messages are scanned automatically; phone numbers, email addresses, web addresses and social media accounts may not be shared. Mentioning the method of payment (cash, bank transfer, etc.) is permitted.
- Insults, threats, discrimination and harassment are prohibited. Bad-faith conduct towards service providers (fake requests, untruthful reviews) may lead to closure of the account.
- Reviews are published without distinguishing between positive and negative ones and remain published for at least 1 year. Content that is insulting, contains personal data or is unrelated to the job may be removed, with the reason communicated. Ranking and labels are explained here.
9. Liability
- The service provider is responsible for providing the service in accordance with the contract and the legislation, on time and free of defects, for damage caused during the service, and for the invoicing obligation.
- As an intermediary service provider, Senin Ekip is responsible for the obligations imposed on it by law (including pre-contractual information, record keeping and service provider verification) and for its own fault. No provision of these terms may be interpreted so as to limit the mandatory provisions of law or the statutory rights of consumers.
- For household or office moves (relocation goods), to protect your rights it is important that you notify the carrier in writing of visible damage within 3 business days following delivery, and of non-visible damage within 14 days; for other transports of goods, of visible damage at the time of delivery, and of non-visible damage within 7 days after delivery (Turkish Commercial Code (TTK), Law No. 6102, Arts. 889 and 900). If the carrier has not notified you in writing at delivery of these periods and their consequences, it cannot rely on these periods (Art. 901).
10. Changes
Senin Ekip may update these terms. Changes are announced in the app and by email at least 15 days before they take effect; they are not applied retroactively. If you do not accept a change, you may delete your account before the effective date; continuing to use the app means that you accept the new terms.
11. Disputes and contact
Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court. For disputes with corporate customers, the courts and enforcement offices of Bursa have jurisdiction. Our company details and application channels are on the Legal Notice page.
