Ranking, Labels and Ads

1. How quotes are ranked
Total-price quotes received for a request are listed in ascending order of price, followed by quotes with an inspection fee (by inspection fee). Senin Ekip does not feature any service provider higher in the quote list in return for payment or an agreement; the amount of balance topped up does not affect the ranking. A request may receive at most [5] quotes; the right to send a quote is open to the service providers who come first. [If the ranking criterion changes, it will be explained here.]
2. What the labels mean
The Turkish label shown in the application is given in parentheses.

| Best price (En uygun) | The lowest amount only among the total-price quotes received for that request. Quotes with an inspection fee are not included in this comparison, because an inspection fee is not a total price. It is not a claim of general superiority in quality or price. |
| Highest rated (En yüksek puan) | The highest average rating among the service providers who sent a quote for that request and have reviews. |
| Sticks to quote X% (Fiyatına sadık %X) | The proportion of the service provider's jobs completed on Senin Ekip in which the final price of the job did not exceed the quoted price by more than [30]%. For jobs with an inspection fee, the upper limit of the estimated repair range is taken as the quoted price. Not shown until there are at least [3] completed jobs. Calculated only from jobs whose payment was collected through the application; jobs in which the customer paid the service provider directly are not taken into account, since the final price is not known to Senin Ekip. |
| Documents reviewed (Belgeleri incelendi) | The documents required from the service provider in the relevant category (listed on their profile) were reviewed by Senin Ekip, as to their form and appearance, on the date stated. This does not mean automatic verification against public systems (where this is carried out, it is stated separately), and it is not a guarantee that the documents will remain valid afterwards or of the quality of the service. |

3. Reviews
- Only the customer of a job completed through the Platform may leave a review.
- Positive and negative reviews are published without distinction, remain published for at least 1 year and are sorted [from newest to oldest].
- The average rating is the arithmetic mean of all published reviews.
4. Ads (featured companies)
- The companies shown in the “Featured companies in your area” section on the home page are advertisements and are shown with an “Ad” label. Even though ads are free of charge during the promotional period, display in this section is labeled as advertising because it is based on an agreement.
- Ads are shown only in the services and areas for which the company is approved. Ads targeting the district you selected are shown first, then those targeting the whole province; ads with the same priority are shown in random order. At most [3] ads are live in the same area and service.
- Ads do not affect the ranking or labels in the quote list.
5. Restriction of service providers
A service provider's visibility is restricted only in the objective cases listed in Article 11 of the Service Provider Intermediation Agreement and under the procedure set out there.
